  • The navigation bar does not seem obvious to the user, its design looks like a normal text.
  • The distances between each category and the other are very small.
  • When the user stands on a certain category, the system does not react as it appears to the user that he is already standing and must press.

  • I recommend making the nav bar as a mega menu to show all of our products in a good way and clear way to users.
  • Re-design the navigation bar to be a different color from the rest of the home page so that it looks distinct.
  • Make the navigation bar static even when the user reaches the bottom of the page so that his navigation between categories is easy.
  • Add offers chefaa to the navigation bar because they are not visible and appear on the side.

Current

• As we can see, when the user wants to add his insurance card, he cannot reach the right place.

• In the web version, there is an addition of the insurance card inside the settings and it is difficult to access it for new users.

Recommendation

• You have to show the true value of your app, especially the action you want your users to do.

• Show the addition of the insurance card to the home page.

Why is using pictures better than using illustrations ?

• visuals are transmitted to the brain much faster and important pieces of information are often fixed by brain as visual images even if they were obtained via text perception.

Category and product page optimization

Are your sections usable easily? NO

• Usability is about human behavior. It recognizes that humans are lazy, get emotional, are not interested in putting a lot of effort into, say, getting generally prefer things that are easy to do vs. those that are hard to do.

For example, I have a cold and do not know what kind of medicine I should take? Why didn't you help me here with a cold treatment category ?

Technical issues :

•When I choose appointments for a medication, I cannot easily choose the days from the calendar.

When I set a medication appointment, the app does not ring, it only sends a notification.

Chefaa Prime should be different from the rest of the sections in navigation bar.

When the user deletes a product from the basket, you must check with him whether he wants to delete or not.

did not have any other platforms competing with chefaa's application, especially in regards to its direct chat feature with doctors.

  • Medication alert.

Users of the application can set their own medication time within the application so that they are notified of the time to take the medication.

Data Analysis :

The Findings
  • Users struggled most with new features that were different from other medications app conventions.
  • Usability and user interface issues were minor inconveniences for users. Users struggled with the purpose of the app.
  • Chefaa was a fairly usable app since it was pretty similar to medications apps.
