User Interviews | User-Centric experience

I’ve Interviewed one of my friends who own a coffee and manage it on his

own, I met him and asked a couple of questions to understand his

constraints for his financial aspects, the problem he is suffering from, the

daily goals and tasks.

I’d like to hear about you? what’s your occupation?

I'm Qasem, owner of “Tawlla” Coffee. I do actually a lot of things here

I'm managing everything on my own starting from the materials stock,

managing finance and sometimes operations and taking care of my

customers.

What payment methods you use to manage your payments?

Mostly Cash and credit card

why didn't you use a mobile app to manage your payments?

I use it, but not usually because all digital banking apps in my region

have a poor experience and didn't have all that I need. also that requires

me to go to the bank daily and waiting in a long line till I reach the front

office to get what I need. the mobile app is useless.

what services you're looking for in your digital app?

mainly the ability to pay my expenses starting from paying the employees and the providers for

the materials and request money or send invoices to the suppliers.

if I can link the payroll sheet with my employees' compensation that would be a great addition.

Track my earnings and know where it comes from, cash in and out, and considering that my

business is scaling I might need someone to manage my finance aspects so that I need to set

permissions for him.

what can make you switch from cash to digital?

like I said before it should have all features that I looking for

also didn't take effort to set up an account and an easy way

to send and request money in a small number of clicks.
